Old Wallpaper needed to be updated, so we put a coat of Gardz on to seal it in, then primed it twice to start a new foundation for the final coat. 

Finally 2 coats of Sherwin Williams' Emerald formula in Steely Gray. Give the room a more modern comfortable look. 

Lots of mudding to do in this server room at Drake. Bottom of walls was unfinished due to a step-up that used to be there. Had to tape and put a few skim coasts on these areas before we could get ready to prime. 

Sealed in the walls with 2 coats of Problock and then did the final coat in Sherwin William's Duration formula Roycroft Mist Gray.

Walls painted in Sherwin William's Duration formula in Roycroft Mist Gray. Sanded seams and patches turned out nice next to the remaining wallpaper. 

30 years of aged walls and tears and holes on this wallpaper that the company wanted to save. Sealed the walls in Gardz then proceeded to mud the appropriate seams and holes to get ready for the primer. 

After it was all sealed in with Problock and Gardz, did the final coat in Sherwin William's Duration formula with Roycroft Mist. 

Final two coats of Sherwin William's Duration formula in Functional Gray got this wall to where we wanted it. The rest of the office is going to be this same process. 

Upstairs they have thick, old wallpaper that needed to be changed. Did the process of sealing the walls up and getting it ready to be coated in their final color. 

Did 2 coats of Duration on the sealed shelving in the shipping room too to tie the room together.
